Challenge

The founder needed a market-ready MVP that could bridge the emotional and cultural gap faced by Latino communities abroad when accessing mental health care. The platform had to feel trustworthy and accessible for both patients and professionals, with complex clinical workflows simplified into a clean dual-user experience, all delivered in one month.

Solution

Led a two-person design team, shaping the product vision through a detailed sitemap and feature-level PRDs. Conducted user testing sessions with real users to validate design decisions and surface friction points. Designed the full UX flows for both user profiles, patients and strategic psychologists, balancing clinical functionality with the warmth and cultural sensitivity the target audience required, positioning the product for a confident market launch.
