Challenge
The platform needed to transition from web to native mobile while maintaining design consistency, supporting a complex network of industry connections, and continuously evolving its product experience.
Solution
Led user testing sessions to surface usability issues and define a clear design direction. From there, developed and iterated a design system grounded in Tailwind CSS principles, translated the experience into a Flutter-ready native format, and mapped detailed user flows all alongside continuous functional iterations to improve the core experience.
